foundations flex & flow
Foundations Flex & Flow is for all levels, we focus on the foundations of the reformer, finding your flow through functional movements & learning your pilates principles & techniques.
Suitable for beginners & individuals in their first & second trimester of pregnancy.

INtermediate flex & flow
This is our progressive reformer class, at an intermediate level we take a more dynamic challenge to our flow, enhancing our technique, layering progressions, and improving strength, stability & coordination through more complex movements.
We recommend taking at least 3-5 foundations classes prior to delving into your intermediate practice. Please note this class is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant.

Foundations Power Flow
Similar to our foundations flex & flow, focusing on the foundations of the reformer and learning our pilates principles and techniques. The Power Flow is ideal for clients who like that little extra burn, like to take it a little heavier, and turn up the heat!
This class is suitable for beginners & individuals in their first & second trimester of pregnancy.

Intermediate power Flow
Now we're really kicking it up a notch, we know our foundations and our way around the reformer. This power flow is a quicker paced class, dialling in on those specific muscle groups, good for back day, leg day, any day! However you probably wont be able to walk in the morning.
This class is not suitable for individuals who are pregnant.

Flex & Burn
This is our cardio class, its loud, quick, and tons of fun, guaranteed to get the heart rate up. With a mix of classical pilates moves and modern jump board exercises, this class is suitable for all levels!
