After twelve years of dancing, I discovered a renewed passion for movement through practicing Pilates. During a challenging period in my life, Pilates became a crucial part of my recovery, offering a calming and restorative escape. It was more than just a new exercise; it became a way to reconnect with my body and mind, providing balance and a sense of control that helped me navigate through a mental health crisis. Now, through teaching Pilates, I’m able to connect others to their own mind and body wellness, sharing the transformative benefits that helped me so deeply..

SHAHEDA - REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
“My journey began in my teens with a passion for belly dancing, art, and fitness. In my 20s, I balanced dancing and fitness with fashion school. A transformative Bikram yoga class led to over 1,000 hours of training in Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Prenatal, Yin, Restorative, meditation, and more, along with studies in Ayurveda.
In 2015, I discovered Pilates, completed Balanced Body’s comprehensive training, and fell in love with its precision. My passion for holistic wellness brought me back to school in 2022 to study nutrition, with graduation in April, and I’m completing my personal training certification to expand my skills.
I look forward to helping others embrace movement and live healthier, more balanced lives.” -
TAMARA - REFORMER, MAT, AND BARRE INSTRUCTOR
Acquiring a love for movement in hear early years studying ballet. After teaching yoga in Central America, Tamara completed her Pilates Certification under Marta Hernandez. This sweet lady is also certified in Hatha, Prenatal & Trauma-Informed Yoga and Barre. Tamara believes movement can bring grace into our everyday life by calming the mind, connecting to the deeper muscles and improving posture. Tamaras intention is to leave you feeling challenged, uplifted, and inspired.

Hi, I’m Elan! My love for Pilates has been growing strong for over six years. When I first moved to Canada, I filled my days with joy by diving into more than four classes a day. Now, with over 1,500 hours of teaching under my belt, I’m passionate about guiding you through the art of movement. Together, we’ll explore challenges that transform not just your body but your mind as well. Let’s make every session a step toward something extraordinary!

My names Ayah, I started teaching recently but have been working in the Pilates industry for almost 4 years now. Pilates is the type of love that grew on me, it was not love at first sight but now i cannot imagine my life without her. There is an infinite amount of ways to move your body through pilates to gradually grow and progress. The more knowledge i acquire i enjoy passing onto all of you. I love bringing gratitude into every class encouraging all of us to take a moment and thank our bodies for its capabilities.

MELENA - REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
I learned about and fell in love with Pilates in 2008, while performing for Cirque du Soleil. With an intense performance schedule, I quickly realized the value in Pilates to help preserve my body's strength, stamina, balance and alignment. The benefits I saw from pilates in my life guided my decision to become a certified instructor through the Internationally recognized Pilates Sports Center Training Program in Los Angeles California.
Certified on all Pilates apparatuses as well as being pre and postnatal certified. Her classes have great flow and she has worked with a multitude of ages, levels and bodies. Her eye for placement and detail is ideal for helping you attain maximum results from your session with her. So whether you are looking to maintain, rehab, or feel the burn, Melena looks forward to helping you meet your goals!

NAZ - REFORMER INSTRUCTOR
Hi, I’m Naz. I started Pilates about 3 years ago, and it’s completely changed the way I move, feel, and connect with my body. Coming from a background in tech. I’ve always loved creating and problem-solving, but I found myself craving a more physical and mindful way to balance out all the screen time. That’s where Pilates came in. It gave me not only strength and flexibility, but also presence, confidence, and a deeper connection to myself. Now, I’m passionate about helping others experience that same transformation. I design classes that are supportive, empowering, and full of intention, while guiding you to build strength, move with presence, and enjoy discovering what your body can do.

MADDY - BARRE INSTRUCTOR / STUDIO MANAGER
I began my Pilates journey in 2024, but my love of movement started much earlier. I was a competitive dancer from the age of three, with training focused primarily in Cecchetti ballet, as well as tap, jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. Dance gave me a lifelong love of discipline, expression, and the energy of a class environment. After my first class at Adoro, I immediately fell in love with Pilates, finding renewed strength and a supportive community. Today, I continue to share my passion for movement, health, and wellness through Pilates and barre.
